The school is governed by a Board of Directors responsible for the long term development of the Prague British School. The Directors all work at the school on a daily basis.
The Board formally approves all school policies and hold a formal Board Meeting each half term.

 John qualified as a teacher (B.Ed. Hons) in 1989 at Lancaster University, Charlotte Mason College. After four years of teaching in Oldham, UK, he went to work in his first international school in Kuwait. He then moved to work in Shell Schools in Malaysia, Syria and Oman, being promoted to Deputy Head and then to Head of School. John joined PBS in September 2006 as Head of Primary Schools. John is also a qualified ISI inspector and member of the COBIS Executive Committee. John met his wife, Aimee while teaching in Malaysia. He has three children, all at PBS, who keep him and his wife very busy. |

 Lenka has belonged to the school management team for more than 16 years. Since joining the school she has worked in various non-academic management positions. She was responsible for establishing the Czech British School in 2005. As sourcing and Services Director she is responsible for the development and management of all school properties. She likes to spend any free time that she has with husband Petr and their son Adam. |

 After graduating from the University of Economics in Prague Michal worked for trade, audit and real estate companies and studied law. Michal has been working with the school since 2000, initially as Financial Director and, from 2007, as Managing Director. He is responsible for the administrative and financial areas of the school operation. He has two children at PBS. |
Fraser Litster |

 After graduating from Strathclyde University in 1994, Fraser moved to the Czech Republic to take up a teaching position. After 4 years teaching at high school and university level in Liberec Fraser moved to Prague and worked for a relocation company as an account manager before joining the Prague British School in 2004. Fraser is responsible for the Marketing and Admissions office at the school and is involved in account management, external relations and event organization. His 2 children, Anna and Joe, keep him well informed about what is going on in the Foundation Stage class. |
Tim Roberts |
Head of the Senior School |
 The Head of the Senior School, Tim Roberts, has extensive experience in the international schools circuit and in the UK. Very much a “third culture kid” Tim lived overseas during his formative years and always desired to work abroad himself. Previously the Head of ICT and Staff training and development at a large school in the Middle East, Tim has been in the Czech Republic for seven years and is the proud father of a three year old boy named Joshua. |

| The school has an established Staff Representative Committee which meets regularly to discuss issues of pertinence to staff. The chair of the SRC is also invited to attend Board meetings. |
