On Monday we had children in Years 1 – 6 competing in the Kamyk Primary Sports Day. The morning involved the children trying to gain as many points as possible through lots of fun sports activities for their houses. In the afternoon we had traditional running races, relays, long jump and longest throws competitions.
At the end of the day Mr. Hayes and Mr. Adamec announced Dvorak as the overall winners and also gave medals to the fastest boy and girl from each year group. All the children performed wonderfully during all the events. The weather was perfect and the day was enjoyed by all. Throughout the day the children enjoyed a range of healthy refreshments including a wide range of fruits prepared by the Friends Association.
