The Prague British School has a School Development Plan (SDP) that is used as a working document to bring improvements to all parts of the school.
The SDP is written taking into consideration Inspection reports as well as feedback from the School Self Evaluation (SSE), which gives all stakeholders a chance to evaluate the school on a range of topics.
The plan is split into the following sections:
Each area has a number of aims with tasks, success criteria, costs and estimated completion time highlighted for each aim.
The life of each Development Plan is 4 years, but the document is reviewed each term by the Senior Management Team to ensure plans are on schedule. Views from the SSE are also considered each year and new aims may be implemented during the course of the plan if deemed necessary by the SMT.
