School transport

The Prague British School offers 2 types of transport service to help children get to and from school.

Home–school–home bus transport.

Children are collected outside their homes (or occasionally a central pick up point is agreed) and driven to school. After school children are driven home. This service is offered to and from Kamýk school and there are generally 4 bus lines covering most of the city. The service is also available at Vlastina subject to there being sufficient demand. There is a charge for this service which is outlined in the School Bus Application form below.

Shuttle bus transport (for Kamýk site only)

• Children enrolled in Kamýk school can take advantage of a free shuttle bus service. Shuttle buses collect children from the metro stations Kačerov or Smíchovské nádraží and take them back after school.

• Kamýk students whose siblings attend Vlastina school can use the free shuttle bus from Vlastina school to Kamýk school.

If you wish your child to use any of the services above, please complete the School Bus Application Form (below) and send it to the admission office or submit it to any school office.
