The organisation of the school is such that all stakeholders have a role to play in our central task which is the welfare and education of the children in our care.

Examples of how each section of the learning circle operate are:

Parents ENABLE teachers by: attending parents evenings, supporting school events, the friends association, sports/drama activities.

Directors ENABLE head teachers by devolving budgetary autonomy to individual schools sections to disperse as they deem appropriate for the benefit of their students.

The Board ENABLES Directors by investing in the school for its long term future and ensuring funds are available to resource schools to provide an excellent eduactional provision.

Heads ENABLE teachers by providing INSET, opportunities for professional development, modelling of good practice.
