The Senior Management Team meets each month. It leads the implementation of the school development plan and plays a key role in the formulation of the school self evaluation which gathers information from all school stakeholders.
The SMT also lead reviews on school policy and ensure that each part of the school is running in line with the school vision.

Paul Baker |
Head of Kamýk Primary School |
 Paul qualified from Oxford University in 1999. He taught in a primary school in Oxford for four years before moving to Prague in 2003. Initially Paul worked as a Year 2 teacher in Modřany, then Deputy Head at Kamýk and in 2007 became the Head Teacher. Paul enjoys playing a range of sports in an attempt to keep fit, is part of his local village football team, and can still fly down the wing despite his advanced years. Paul has an energetic son who keeps him entertained during his free time. |

 Born and raised in the United States, Alex has a Master’s Degree in Geography as well as an MBA, and earned his PGCE from the University of Nottingham in England. His teaching career began in 2004, and he has been at PBS since April 2008. Before becoming a teacher, he worked as a budget planner and financial analyst for British Telecom in Munich, Germany. Alex enjoys travelling (especially beaches!), tennis, and playing the piano. He and his wife, Petra, are proud parents of daughter Sandra, born in October 2008. |

Petra, která je absolventkou Karlovy univerzity, získala cenné životní zkušenosti vmezinárodních firmách v oblastech obchodu, managementu a public relations, díky kterýmse jí též dostalo možnosti navštívit různé země světa a seznámit se s jejich kulturami.Petra mluví plynně několika jazyky. S britským kurikulem a mezinárodním školstvím seseznámila v Riverside School, v Praze 6. V roce 2001 nastoupila do BISP, předchůdkyněPBS, jako učitelka angličtiny, tzv. „EML teacher“. Záhy byla oslovena, aby připravila projekttzv. „Českého programu“ v podmínkách mezinárodní školy a zahájila jeho pravidelnoučinnost. Tento program se setkal s velkým úspěchem a nyní jej využívá přes 150 žákůa studentů PBS. Se vzrůstající potřebou bilingvního vzdělání byla Petra opět oslovenav roce 2004, aby připravila nový typ ZŠ se všemi nezbytnými dokumenty a povoleními,včetně registrace u MŠMT. Podařilo se jí s úspěchem otevřít ZŠ Alea Elementaria,předchůdkyni současné Czech British School, která se setkává se stále větším zájmemčeské veřejnosti. Petra ráda cestuje. K jejím oblíbeným činnostem patří též sport, jmenovitěsportovní gymnastika, v níž dosáhla mnoha úspěchů na národní i mezinárodní úrovni. Jekvalifikovanou trenérkou a mezinárodní rozhodčí.
Born and raised in South Bohemia, Pavla has a Degree in Human Resource management. She has over twenty years working experience. In the 1990's she lived in England, Switzerland and Israel. Before becoming a member of the PBS management team in April 2009 she worked in managerial positions in building and financial companies. She likes to be challenged by an intercultural environment, sees differences as an incentive and opportunity for growth and loves to discover in people new unknown facets. Pavla loves travelling, water sports, interior design, classical music, art, gem stones and sign language.
