Vlastina After School and Lunch Time Clubs: Term 2 of 2011-2012 Academic Year
Teacher led After School Clubs and Lunch Time Clubs:
All clubs will run from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. and will start the week beginning 9 th January 2012 and finish in the week beginning 23rd March.
Deadline date for signing up for clubs is Thursday 5th January.
Please find all the after school activity clubs available for this term below.
If your child would like to participate in a club, please do one of the following:
1. Email the information to the school administrator (Lenka) on Lenka.Ferencikova@pbschool.cz
2. Call Lenka on 226096180
3. Come and personally to inform Lenka.
4. Send this sheet with the name and class of your child clearly visible and the clubs they want circled.
All clubs choices can only be registered through Lenka.
Clubs are filled on a first come, first served basis.
